I stayed here recently and found it to be a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, with great access to Bryngarw Country Park and Coity Castle nearby, making my city strolls so much more enjoyable. the staff were brilliant and always on hand to help, which added to the welcoming atmosphere of my stay.

While the overall cleanliness was commendable, I found a few areas that could use more attention.

I had a quick stopover with my family and found the room cosy and clean. The USB sockets were super handy! Loved the microwave for late-night snacks too.

Comfortable beds, excellent shower!

We loved our 5-night stay in the family room, especially the cozy beds and the free coffee setup, which made mornings easier. The kids enjoyed splashing around in the pool and playing in the small park area nearby. The only downside was the boxed breakfast, which was a bit underwhelming, but it filled us up just fine. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and always friendly staff. On my first stay, they helped me get a local taxi. I’m coming back for my next trip.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The reception staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and local knowledge, making it easy to find great dining options. The location was ideal and the room was clean, though we encountered a minor issue with the shower not working properly and opted for baths instead. Noise from the floor above was quite disruptive at times. The need for updated mattresses was also evident, impacting sleep quality. while there were a few shortcomings, the staff’s kindness and clean environment were commendable.

What I loved most was the friendly staff. They went above and beyond, making everything easy for us! The room was decent, but I wished for more plug sockets. Still, I would come back! 😊

I felt so welcomed when I arrived. the lovely reception staff got me settled in right away! The family room was a warm haven on a chilly day, complete with a massive walk-in shower that was just divine. And let’s not forget about the microwave and free tea and coffee—it was a perfect touch for those late-night snack cravings! 🌙
